These exercises are great for mindfully strengthening and stretching the ankles to keep them healthy 🌱. Try to do each for at least 30 seconds and do 1 to 3 rounds! ⁠

Remember to START SLOW and CONTROLLED. Stop if anything that pinches, has acute pain, or feels like it is doing more harm than good!
