      • 6 eggs (size M)⁠
      • 300g cherry tomatoes⁠
      • 30g Parmesan Flakes⁠
      • 10ml olive oil⁠
      • 1 handful of basil⁠
      • Some salt & pepper⁠

     π™„𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧π™ͺπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨ πŸ”ͺ

Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, and add to the pan with oil. Cover and sautΓ© at medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.


Then carefully add the eggs. Salt and pepper well. Scatter over the basil and Parmesan, cover, and allow to set over low to medium heat for about 5 minutes. Enjoy! ⁠
